2. Actions That Endanger Minors

• Any involvement in or facilitation of child abuse, trafficking, neglect, or psychological harm.
• Promoting content or behavior that could compromise a minor's physical, emotional, or mental well-being.

3. Unauthorized Presence of Minors

• Minors are prohibited from appearing in content, whether via livestreams, videos, audio, or user discussions.
• User accounts cannot be created or managed on behalf of a minor.
• Attempts to bypass age verification or restricted platform features will lead to permanent bans.

Reporting Violations & Enforcement Measures

How We Handle Violations

• Any reported content or behavior involving child exploitation will be escalated to the appropriate authorities, such as the International Centre for Missing & Exploited Children (ICMEC).
• We take immediate and firm action, including account removal, content deletion, and legal cooperation.

Account Restrictions & Permanent Bans

• Individuals with prior offenses or any confirmed association with child exploitation are permanently barred from all SFOLAN LLCservices.
• Violations of this policy will result in non-reversible account termination and potential legal consequences.

Enforcement & Legal Cooperation

• Accounts violating child safety standards are subject to suspension, permanent bans, and full content removal.
• SFOLAN LLCmaintains close collaboration with law enforcement, and provides full support for investigations involving child safety risks.

Educational Initiatives & Preventative Measures

To proactively prevent violations and promote child safety, SFOLAN LLC:

• Displays regular platform-wide child protection notices.
• Educates users during content creation and uploads with clear safety prompts and guidelines.
